RETURNS
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. The right to return does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.
To start a return, contact us at office@byllu.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Gorna Banya, 720 str., 28 A, Sofia, Sofia, 1000, Bulgaria.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Bulgaria, shipping times may be longer, and additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged (the garment is torn) or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, return shipping will be free of charge.
In case of damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions, we do not accept returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at office@byllu.com.
